The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
We are currently seeking additional cast
members to join the on-stage choir.
-There is no need to prepare anything. This audition will be a simulated music rehearsal where you will be taught a selection from the show in voice parts.
-Looking for all voice types but particularly Tenors and Basses.
-Rehearsals are 1-3 evenings per week, then everyday closer to opening.
-The on-stage choir is an extension of the Greek Chorus that narrates the show, playing the restless souls who were victimized by Sweeney Todd.
-Perfect for performers who may not be able to commit to a full rehearsal schedule but still want to perform Stephen Sondheim's legendary music and be part of a thrilling production.
-Casting will take place immediately following the audition. If cast, please plan on staying the rest of the evening until 10:00pm to join the rehearsal.
- If cast you MUST REGISTER for a 1 unit Production Techniques class.
